Perfect Enemy is an advanced writing RPG inspired by the worlds of the Jumper and Wanted movies. People aren't as they seem, and the truth isn't necessarily important.
The fate of mankind is decided by a binary code written in a fabric woven by an ancient Fraternity of assassins, but the story that's told here isn't binary. It isn't black and white, good and bad, light and dark, like the Paladins teach. It's what's in between that counts. And it's in those in-between places that the Jumpers roam.
